ORDERS
We will always try our best to make sure we never run out of stock, but in the rare occasion that we do, during sales, please sign up to our mailing list. You’ll get restock notifications.ย
When your order is shipped (within Nigeria), you will get an email with an update, and should get your order within 24-48 hours.ย
If you’ve ordered in the UK/US or anywhere else in the world, ย we ship by DHL and Royal Mail, so you will get an email with your tracking number.ย
Orders are processed within 2-3 days, and once they have been shipped:
Within Lagos: 24 -48 hours
Within Nigeria – 3-5 daysย
UK – 3-5 daysย
US- 3-7 daysย
Rest of the world- 7-10 days.
We hope that you will ย be pleased with whatever you order from us, however if you would like to return your order, we can only process a return on items that have not been used. If you have an unused item and would like a refund, please send us an email: contact@mohinibeautyco.com
